We are sorry that you have chosen to leave, but we would like to ensure that you get all of your security deposit back. There are certain things you need to remember if you would like it returned in it's entirety.
Remember to give us a 30 day notice of your intent to move in writing.
Please remove all of your belongings, trash, and leave the property as clean as possible. For a complete list click here.
Turn in your keys. As long as you have the keys, the rent will continue!
Do not forget to give us a forwarding address. We want to know where we can reach you about your security deposit.
If you follow all of these steps, you are well on your way to having your security deposit returned to you.
