What to Do Before You Move In
So, your application has been approved, congratulations.  Don't forget,
there are just a few more steps you must follow before you can get the
keys to your new home.

1.        Bring in separate money orders for the first month's rent        
           and the security deposit.  After the first month we will accept       
           personal checks and money orders.

2.        Turn on your utilities!  The following are links for the utility               
           companies:

Duke Power
City of High Point
Piedmont Natural Gas
City of Greensboro- Newcomers

Thats it!  You are ready to move in.  Remember to bring us proof of your
utilities and we will give you your keys.
